PLEASE NOTE ALL ORDER CANCELLATIONS REQUESTED PRIOR TO SHIPPING/FULFILLMENT WILL NOW BE PROCESSED WITH A CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING FEE OF $5 FOR ALL ORDERS UNDER $100 AND 5% FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $100. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

What is your return policy?

Always On Tour does not offer returns for refunds.

Returns are permitted on items within 5 days of delivery date.

All returns must be authorized via email or phone prior to return shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please email us via the contact form below to request authorization for a return.

All items must have an approved RMA before being shipped. Orders sent back without an RMA will not receive a refund or store credit.

Any packages Always On Tour receives that are marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" will be issued a store credit minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.

Always On Tour will only grant an exchange or store credit if the following conditions are met:

* All items must be unused and unworn. *

Clothing must not be worn, altered or washed and must have all tags attached - once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

* Please note Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

EXCHANGES

We cannot hold stock for exchanges - in order to exchange an item please submit a new order online.

The original order will be refunded on receipt of the return in your original form of payment.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE/INCORRECT ORDER

In the event, there is an error made and you receive the incorrect merchandise or an item is deemed defective, Always On Tour will issue a return label.

Defects or incorrect orders must be reported to Always On Tour within 5 days of delivery.

If you have received a defective item, please contact Always On Tour with your order number and issue. Once the issue is verified, Always On Tour will provide a return label. Do not mail an item back without authorization from Always On Tour.

Always On Tour will not be held responsible for any return packages lost in the mail. Therefore, please keep your postage receipt as proof of postage and value the items at the price in which you paid for the products.

All rights to determine a product defective are retained by Always On Tour.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders shipping to outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be considered International Shipping and must have the same billing and shipping address.

All International Orders are Final Sale and may not be returned.

Product and shipping prices displayed on this website do not include any applicable taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by the recipient's country. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be applied by local governments; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. Always On Tour is not associated with these fees and is unable to advise the amount of these charges to you. Please contact your local postal service for further information.

FINAL SALE AND DISCOUNT CODES

Socks and underwear are Final Sale and may not be returned.

Items that are discounted 40% or more off the retail price are designated as “Final Sale” and may not be returned for a refund, store credit or size exchange. This includes using a discount code to receive 40% off or more.

How much does shipping cost?
The shopping cart will calculate the shipping price for all order. Just add the items you want to your cart and you will get your shipping cost. 

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, but we ONLY accept PAYPAL for orders outside the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS (Priority Mail or Express Mail) outside North America. Please make sure your addresses are CONFIRMED through PAYPAL before submitting your final order.

These purchases may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees, as required by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

When will my order arrive?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-6 business days for delivery in the continental U.S. You will received an automated email when your order ships with all tracking information. You can also login to your account on our website to check your tracking information. 

Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. vary in time due to customs and other conditions beyond our control.
